For the second year in a row at CruiseWorld, The Travel Corporation (TTC) will conduct an afternoon of immersive training on several of its brands.
The training will be held Tuesday, Nov. 12, the day before the official start of CruiseWorld, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
TTC caters to everyone: families, couples, groups and even solo travelers. Their multi-award-winning portfolio includes luxury hotels, boutique river cruises, independent holiday packages and a variety of guided travel experiences. It has 40 sales offices and 10,000 team members, serving 1.9 million travelers worldwide annually in over 70 countries.
TTC brands in attendance will include African Travel, Brendan Vacations, Contiki, Costsaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, Trafalgar, Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U River Cruises.
During the training, TTC speakers will give travel advisors a keen understanding of the company's diverse brands; teach advisors how to sell each product; explain how to match products with clients; and educate them on the various resources available to grow their business with TTC.
Advisors will also learn how to create repeat clients; the ways in which TTC is committed to responsible tourism; the values and benefits of guided vacations and river cruising; and selling in off-peak seasons.
Speakers in attendance will include German Jones, TTC's business development manager, South Florida and the Caribbean, for Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection; Kathleen Levy, senior business development manager for Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold; Jennifer Lewallen, district sales manager of New York for Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations and Costsaver; Ben Lieb, regional sales executive for Contiki; and Guy Young, TTC's chief engagement officer.
As part of the afternoon's excitement, one attendee will win a trip for two with Trafalgar to northern Italy, on an itinerary that includes Cinque Terre.
