Travel Leaders Group has named J.D. O'Hara president of the
company, a newly created role. He reports to CEO Ninan Chacko.
O'Hara comes to the company from Certares Management, where
he was a senior partner. Certares is the majority owner of Travel Leaders Group
(TLG). Certares also jointly owns American Express Global Business Travel.

"O'Hara is no stranger to Travel Leaders Group,"
TLG said in a statement. "He was part of the original management buyout of
Carlson Leisure Group from Carlson Companies in January 2008 and has served a
key role in Travel Leaders Group's ongoing growth since the company's
inception."
O'Hara has held various roles at TLG and was a member of its
board of directors while at Certares, a seat he will retain in his new role. According to TLG, he also led the company's
international growth with several key acquisitions like Corporate Travel
Services in Mexico.
"J.D. is a savvy and analytical business leader with a
long track record of advocating for travel advisers," Chacko said in a
statement. "In the coming year, he will be integral to our plans as we
focus on enhancing our standing as the leader in premium travel service, as
well as enriching our support and service to our advisers and agency community."
