Harold L. Stevens, 86, the longtime owner of Stevens Travel Management in New York, died June 27 at home in Saugerties, N.Y.

Stevens founded his agency in 1971. The company merged with Tzell Travel Group in 2008.

Born Nov. 11, 1930, in New York, Stevens served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Stevens is survived by his wife, Mavis; his son, David Jeffrey Stevens of New Hampshire; and a brother, Morton Scheingold of New Jersey. Arrangements were handled by the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home in Saugerties.
