YTL Hotels' newest U.K. property, Monkey Island Estate, will open in the 800-year-old village of Bray-on-Thames, England, this spring.

The property, which will feature 27 rooms and three suites, will be located in renovated, white-bricked, historical buildings overlooking the Thames and manicured gardens.

Located on seven acres in the county of Berkshire, about 30 miles west of London, the estate is being designed by New York-based Champalimaud Design and will blend modern and relaxed countryside design elements.

Guests can dine at the Monkey Island Brasserie for modern British cuisine or try one of the two three-Michelin-star restaurants in Bray-on-Thames: Heston Blumenthal's the Fat Duck and the Waterside Inn by Alain Roux.
