Turkish Airlines has introduced Braille boarding passes for visually impaired passengers. The embossed passes are available at the Special Services desk in the International Departures Terminal at Istanbul Ataturk Airport, and the plan is to have them available at other airports in the future.

The airline's barrier-free travel services also include subtitled movie options and safety information in in-flight entertainment systems. Additionally, more than 100 flight attendants and ground staff have been trained in sign language.
