The Nobis
Hotel Stockholm has debuted its latest on-property
dining venue, Noi.
The
restaurant, helmed by head chef Stefano Catenacci, serves up menu options drawn
from all over Europe, but the space itself showcases a Scandinavian design
aesthetic. The interior was created by Swedish architect firm Wingardhs
Architects and features such design elements as leather from Swedish tannery
Tarnsjo and a bar carved of black marble.
Noi is the third restaurant to open on-site at the Nobis. Caina is a gourmet Italian eatery, and Cainas Bakficka offers informal Italian dishes.
The
201-room hotel, which opened in 2010, is located in two 19th century
buildings on Norrmalmstorg Square, a bustling area in the central city that is
home to a number of restaurants and high-end shops.
