The Perianth Hotel has opened on Athens' Agia Eirini square.

The 38-room property, housed in a 1930s building, was created by siblings Konstantinos, Anastasia and Alexandra Sgoumpopoulou and was designed by Greek K-Studio.

The hotel features contemporary glass bricks to maximize natural light and views; terrazzo floors; curved walls; and gray and black marble design elements.

Guestrooms feature private terraces and custom furniture.

A sixth-floor penthouse offers a large private veranda and unobstructed views across Athens and of the Acropolis.

The property shares its space with the Zen Center Athens, which offers meditation, martial arts and yoga.
