Destination Britain North America is poised to welcome more than 150 delegates at its business-to-business industry event in Hollywood, Calif., Sept. 25 to 27.

Attendees will represent U.K. suppliers, U.S. buyers and media, and seminar topics delivered by VisitBritain will focus on product development in the areas of luxury, rail, gateways and the Discover England Fund. Additionally, Virgin Atlantic and Marketing Manchester will host a seminar on the future of technology

North America remains a key market for tourism to Britain, with the U.S. alone worth more than $3.8 billion.

Additionally, U.S. visits to the U.K. in 2016 increased 6%, to 3.5 million, compared with the year before.
