Chable Resort, a luxury enclave tucked in the northern part of Yucatan state, is opening a sister property on the shores of Riviera Maya.
Slated for a Sept. 10 opening, and already a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, the new resort will feature 70 casitas, each with retractable glass walls, an indoor-outdoor rain shower, private pool, and outdoor terrace.
The resort itself will have a 17,000-square-foot spa with eight massage rooms, a hot tub, and steam bath. For dining, the resort will offer three restaurants, with Bu'ul as the signature dining venue showing off Mexican cuisine. Raw Bar will have clams, oysters, prawns, and more, while Kaban will be a casual poolside restaurant. The beach will be a stretch of 650 feet of sand, with an oceanside yoga pavilion, swimming pool, fitness center and VIP cabanas.
