The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach will debut the Diamond Tower, the second tower and culmination of the project, on Oct. 15.

Two years after first opening the Ewa Tower of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, the property is getting ready to open the second tower.

The Diamond Head tower will debut on Oct.15, completing the project. The new 245-residence Diamond Head Tower complements the 307-residence Ewa Tower, and both 38-story towers were designed by Guerin Glass Architects.

The 552 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residential accommodations and penthouses in all face the ocean and include kitchens and private washers and dryers.

The Diamond Head Tower includes an expanded spa with four treatments rooms and relaxation lounge, and a 2,900-square-foot infinity pool with private cabanas equipped with SMART televisions, refrigerators and day beds. The new tower also adds 10 meeting and event spaces, including a boardroom, movie theatre, and 22,000-square-foot Lauula Park which can host a reception for up to 800 guests.

In early 2019, the resort plans to debut a new dining venue located at the Diamond Head Tower pool deck, and a market located on the ground level.
