A new restaurant, Nui Italian, is scheduled to debut at Hilton Waikoloa Village Sept. 13.
Nui Italian is a family-friendly restaurant featuring an open-air seating area, a wood-burning pizza oven, an indoor lounge and a garden dining area.
Chef Gino Cipriano, a native of Sicily, leads the kitchen, crafting Italian classics using locally sourced ingredients. Cipriano previously worked at resorts in Venice, Florence and Rome before taking his career to the U.S., including stops in Miami and San Francisco.
In addition to the pizzas, the menu includes fettuccine alfredo, shrimp scampi, fresh catch seafood and grilled ribeye. Signature entrees will be served in both single and family-style portions.
The restaurant will also offer a grab-and-go area where visitors can pick up freshly baked pizzas, side salads and other items.
