Central Holidays' 2019 Mediterranean brochure features 25 new programs focusing on Greece, Spain, Portugal, Malta, France and Croatia.

A new island-hopping program in Spain includes stays in Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca, while a culinary vacation in Malta showcases farm-to-table Maltese and Mediterranean cuisine, including seafood, local pastries and desserts and top wines.

There are five new Portugal programs with such highlights as hands-on cooking classes, stays in Lisbon and Porto and an island vacation in Madeira.

In France, new itineraries include a cooking program in Provence and two new flexible France by Rail experiences, while in Croatia, participants can opt for a a flexible Fly and Drive program for independent travelers.
