Regent Seven Seas Cruises is offering three-category
upgrades, plus a travel agent incentive, for bookings through March 31 on the
Seven Seas Mariner.
The ship will sail in Alaska starting in May. Prior to
arriving in the Pacific Northwest, it is scheduled for a 20-day drydock in
Marseilles, and will re-emerge with new culinary experiences, new suite designs
and renewed public spaces.
Among those spaces will be the pool deck, which will receive
a new open layout and teak flooring throughout. The centerpiece is a new
mosaic-tiled pool, featuring a broad ledge for lounging in shallow water.
Guests will gain expanded lunch selections offered a la
minute from new infrared barbecue grills and new buffet bars at the Pool Grill.
Regent will add Chartreuse, its French restaurant, replacing
Signatures. The ship's atrium, corridors and guest spaces will all receive new
carpeting, art, furniture and decor. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub will receive a
soothing new design, featuring pebble-stone tiles and light-wood accents in the
treatment rooms.

The Seven Seas Mariner will sail in Alaska this summer.
Regent said the Mariner upgrade offer applies to its 10- and
11-night Alaska cruises. Guests booking a Deluxe Veranda Suite will be upgraded
to a Concierge Suite and receive Concierge-level amenities, such as a one-night
hotel stay before departure.
Travel agents will receive a $250 gift card for every new
booking on eligible voyages departing May 6, June 20 and 30, August 22,
September 2 and 12, or a $100 gift card for any new booking of a seven-night
2018 Alaska voyage.
Regent didn't disclose the cost of its Mariner improvements,
but said it is the last ship in a $125 million fleetwide refurbishment program.
