The first cruise from Port Canaveral to visit Cuba is
expected to dock in Havana on May 9.
Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Sun is doing a series of four-day
voyages from the central Florida port, on an itinerary that makes a call in Key
West before overnighting in Havana.
The 1,936-passenger Sun is coming off a drydock and will be
berthed at the port's Cruise Terminal 10, recently renovated at a cost of more
than $35 million.
Norwegian continues to sail five-day cruises from Miami to
Cuba on the Norwegian Sky.
