Seabourn's latest ship, the Seabourn Ovation, will start a
series of Asian cruises in late 2018 that will feature exotic ports of call.
The Asian season will start in Singapore on Dec. 22 with a
series of five 14-day voyages between Singapore and Hong
Kong, calling in ports in Vietnam and Thailand.
Calls include Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest city; a "Caviar
in the Surf" beach party at Ko Kood, Thailand; and an extended day at
scenic Halong Bay in Vietnam.
The season will also include a 14-day "Gems of the
South China Sea" voyage from Hong Kong to Singapore, departing Feb. 2. Stops
include Xiamen, China, and an overnight call in Manila, Philippines.
The cruise can be combined with the Vietnam and Thailand
itinerary into a 28-day voyage, Seabourn said.
Prices for the Vietnam and Thailand itineraries begin at
$6,499.
The Ovation entered service in May 2018.
