Norwegian Cruise Line said the Pride of America will return to Honolulu one day late as a result of Hurricane Lane's proximity to Hawaii.
The ship, which typically returns to Honolulu on Saturdays, is out to sea away from the storm and will return on Sunday.
The ship's next cruise will be shortened, with departure scheduled for Monday. Embarkation will be available on both Sunday and Monday, Norwegian said in a statement.
"We understand the disappointment and inconvenience travelers are experiencing as a result of the weather conditions in Hawaii. Our team is working diligently to assist our guests, including deploying our Care Team to Honolulu," the statement said.
