Disney Cruise Line said the year-end holidays on its ships
will include Dickens-inspired carolers and a tropical holiday deck party, among
other events.
There will be a three-deck tall Christmas tree in the atrium
lobby that will be lit on the first night of the cruise in "Mickey's Tree
Lighting Magic."
Another atrium lobby activity, "Santa's Winter
Wonderland Ball," helps cruisers welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus with holiday
tunes, Disney characters and Broadway-style entertainment, along with a
snowfall straight out of Disney's Frozen motion picture.
Families will have a chance to build gingerbread houses and
meet Santa Claus, as well as decorate stockings and gingerbread cookies, make
holiday cards and craft holiday animation cells.
