CLIA said that Cindy D'Aoust, its CEO since 2016, will be
leaving at the end of the year to focus on family priorities.
D'Aoust became acting CEO and president in 2015 after former
Coast Guard admiral Thomas Ostebo stepped down from the top job at CLIA for
personal reasons. She was made permanent in March 2016.
Prior to joining CLIA in December 2014, D'Aoust had been
chief operating officer at Meeting Professionals International, overseeing
global operations, marketing and member services.

plan that will include a search for a new president and CEO. CLIA said it has
retained executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates to lead the process.
