Marriott International's Tribute Portfolio is adding properties in Argentina and the Netherlands.
Next month, the Tribute
Porfolio will add the Arelauquen Lodge in Argentina's Patagonia region and the
Auberge du Vin in Argentina's wine country.
The Arelauquen Lodge sits on
a 1,350-acre reserve in Nahuel Huapi National Park next to Lake Nahuel Huapi.
The 28-room lodge offers access to the
Arelauquen Golf and Country Club, which also has two polo fields.
The Auberge du Vin is located
in Argentina's Uco Vlley, about 4,600 feet above sea level. The 29-room
property, which is surrounded by vineyards, has guestroom views of the Andes
and offers amenities such as in-room massages and access to Tupungato Golf
Course. The property is about 50 miles from the city of Mendoza.
In the Netherlands, the Wyndham
Apollo Hotel Amsterdam will be renamed the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam when it joins
the Tribute Portfolio next April after the 223-room property is renovated. The
hotel is located on a canal in the city's Oud-Zuid district.
The Tribute Portfolio, which
debuted in April 2015, has 14 hotels, including the Royal Palm South Beach
Miami, Le Metropolitan in Paris and the SLS Las Vegas. Starwood Hotels & Resorts launched the hotel collection in 2015, and Marriott acquired Starwood in September.
