AMResorts is extending its partnership with Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, announcing plans to bring its Breathless Resorts & Spas brand to Tulum, Mexico.
The newbuild Breathless Tulum Resort & Spa is slated to open in 2021.
AMResorts, which is part of the Apple Leisure Group portfolio, will oversee the property's brand management, sales and marketing, while Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe will handle the resort's operations.
Featuring 300 suites, Breathless Tulum will be an all-inclusive property, offering gourmet dining, 24-hour room and concierge services, an unlimited premium beverage program, daily refreshed minibar, daytime activities, live nighttime entertainment and a beach club. All taxes and gratuities are included in the room rate.
The resort will mark the fourth under the AMResorts and Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe partnership, which went into effect earlier this year. The two companies recently co-branded three Mexico resorts -- in Punta Cancun, Los Cabos and Nuevo Vallarta -- under AMResorts' new Reflect Resorts & Spas concept and Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe's Krystal Grand brand.
Group Hotelero Santa Fe's portfolio comprises 28 hotels in 18 cities across Mexico, while AMResorts has 54 resorts across Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.
