James Boyd of Singapore Airlines accepted the award for Best Business/First Class product on behalf of the carrier.

Hertz's clean sweep was celebrated by Pamela Wright, vice president of travel industry and partnership sales.

Chris Austin of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide accepted the award for Hotel Chain: Hawaii/South Pacific.

Travel Weekly's Jack Grant with Alice McQuade of IHG, which won Hotel Chain honors for Asia and Europe.

Julie Zadeh and Jay Talwar of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau took home two destinations awards.
