Earlier this year, Sandals Resorts International relaunched its largest resort to date, the 529-room Sandals Ochi Beach Resort, the former Sandals Grande Riviera Beach & Villa Golf Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The rebuilt and renovated resort offers 16 dining options (seven of them new) and 11 bars, the new Ochi Beach Club, two Red Lane spas, access to Sandals Golf & Country Club, new resort entertainment and upgraded accommodations. Enhancements include an international tapas restaurant, a French restaurant, a seafood eatery on the beach, the Jerk Shack and the Rabbit Hole (pictured), a new speakeasy-style bar that reflects the 1920s Prohibition era.

Love Nest Dream Suites, part of the All-Butler Village and set on the hillside, feature plunge pools, balconies and oversize bathrooms.

The resort features a transportation hub called The Hop where guests can grab a jitney ride to the beach and wedding chariots that escort brides and grooms to and from their wedding venue.

Theme parties take place daily at the Ochi Beach Club entertainment area. Other new entertainment: a Ho'Down line dance class and mechanical bull ride and the Popcorn & Palms Cinema, featuring popcorn and movies under the stars.
