Skyservice Air Ambulance International operates Bombardier Learjet 45XRs as fully outfitted intensive care units in the air.

Allianz Global Assistance contracts with Skyservice for its air ambulance service.

Upon entering the plane, the cockpit is to the left. To the right are passenger seats (this jet was equipped with six) and a stretcher.

Two seats (one is seen here, with another in front of it) are directly next to the stretcher in this configuration. It is also possible to configure the jet with two stretchers, or to move the single stretcher to the middle of the jet for increased accessibility.

At the very back of the plane behind passenger seats is a bathroom.

The bathroom is also useful for some additional storage.

The cockpit of the Learjet is open to the cabin, unlike on commercial flights.
