The Seabourn Encore, christened in Singapore in early January, is the fourth, and largest ship in Seabourn's fleet. Among the highlights: two new specialty restaurants, Sushi and the Grill by Thomas Keller; and a secluded collection of 15 private cabanas surrounding a hot tub on Deck 12. The ship's design has been revised to reflect a softer, more curvaceous theme throughout the ship. Pictured here, the Observation Lounge with a new semi-circular skylight.
