In this installment of ''Backstage with Arnie'' Kike Sarasola, the CEO of Room Mate Hotels explains his business model: His hotels in 10 cities have partnered with local apartment hosts to enable guests to use some of the hotel's amenities, such as bag storage and their concierge. ''It's a safety net,'' he explained.
