Location and History

Decades post-purchase, and millions of gilders later, Dutch shipping magnate Alexander van Heeren still has his hands on the pulse of this luxurious world-class wilderness lodge set on seven impeccably manicured hectares.

Eco-friendly operations are a focus, and the lodge actively monitors the river water using a monitoring and purification process.
