Location and History
Directly on the waterfront and opposite Nybroviken Harbor, the hotel is well connected with bus stops and Nybroplan station next door, and a half-hour drive from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
Residing in an ivy-cloaked art-nouveau brick building with a commanding tower, constructed for the 1912 Olympics, this hotel enjoys an excellent location on a quiet street in an exclusive part of town. The hotel was frequented by Swedish actors Greta Garbo and Ingrid Bergman and became a favorite spot for celebrities including the likes of Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn and Brigitte Bardot.
