Location and History

Situated three blocks west of the Intracoastal and the bridge to the mainland (Venetian Way), a 10-minute stroll from the Convention Center, a complimentary 10-minute shuttle ride to public beach access at 17th Street, between the Ritz-Carlton and National hotels, this is a business-oriented Kimpton offshoot that shows off some resort-y tendencies.

For those unfamiliar with the brand, Palomar is Kimpton's—and parent company InterContinental Hotels'—more intimate take on Marriott's W brand, a fashionable crossover that focuses on the needs of corporate folk from 9 am to 5 pm, otherwise it's an adult playground suitable for mature audiences.
