Located on the north side of town, on what has become Fort Lauderdale's Miracle Mile, adjacent to the W, Hilton, similarly styled Ritz-Carlton, Atlantic and Four Seasons hotels, this is a one-off option from the usually commercially oriented Conrad chain.

Constructed as condominiums, the sleek 24-story high rise languished in a financial swamp for nearly a decade before finding the right owners with the right vision.

The neighborhood is interspersed with high-end condominiums, so the hotel's all-suite format feels natural.
