Once the notorious Yankee Clipper Beach Hotel, this place was a popular backdrop for beer-guzzling partiers and college students passed out by the ice machine, but the hotel's 2017 revamp and rebranding reset its reputation and repositioned it firmly in the upper-middle ranks.
Its latest incarnation comes with a strong air of sophistication, and as a result it has been consistently pleasing young trendy couples and families in search of a place with a colorful modern spark a la Kimpton.
